  • A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment. The remaining balance is payable in store on the day of your visit by cash or bank transfer. Gift vouchers may also be used as payment on the day. Please note: if you arrive more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may be forfeited and your deposit will be non-refundable. This applies to all bookings, including those made using a gift voucher. Gift vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

  • We ask for a minimum of 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. This allows us to offer your appointment time to another client. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may not be eligible for a refund.

  • For your comfort and our professional standards, gentlemen are asked to keep their underwear on throughout the treatment. Ladies may remove their bra for comfort. Socks should be removed before the session begins, and clean towels are provided to ensure you are fully covered at all times.

  • All oil treatments use a 100% organic Thai herbal blend with no artificial ingredients. The oil is cruelty-free and nut-free. However, if you have any known herbal allergies, we recommend booking a dry treatment such as Thai Solution Massage instead. Please let us know of any allergies when booking.

  • Yes — there is paid on-street parking directly around the shop, as well as a paid car park nearby. We recommend allowing a few extra minutes for parking when planning your visit.
